- Select and Purchase Package: Choose the desired GOLF TIC-IT.ORG Package and make the purchase.
- Complete Fundraising Event Form: Fill out the fundraising event form provided by TIC-IT.ORG.
- Event Setup: TIC-IT.ORG will set up your event according to your specifications. This includes creating custom GOLFTIC-IT and QR codes for your event.
- Prize Delivery: Your prizes, custom GOLFTIC-IT, and QR codes will be delivered to you within 14 days.
- Credit Card Processing: All credit cards are accepted through STRIPE® credit card processing. All sales are deposited in your bank account.
- Player Registration: Players will scan the QR code provided at the registration table to participate in the event.
- Pre-selling Tickets: You can pre-sell tickets by sending the QR code to all players before the event. This ensures a smooth check-in process on the day of the event.
- Confirmation and Receipt: Players will receive confirmation and a receipt upon purchasing tickets through the app.
- Prize Designation: Each prize will be designated a number associated with the corresponding hole on the course, including an additional prize for the 19th hole. (If the Titanium or Premier Package is selected)
- Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via text on their device approximately 2 hours after the round starts.
- Prize Redemption: Winners can redeem their prizes at the end of the event, adding an exciting conclusion to the tournament
