- What is the Tic-It.org Dashboard? The Dashboard is your is personalized site, with access to load your event logo, ticket package amounts and values, link to your Stripe® account and the time your winners are announced.
- What is Credit Processor do you use? We use Stripe®. Top rated cc processing. Customers set up their own account to receive their funds directly. We handle the rest.
- Is your system secure? All connections to tic-it.org are done over https. No payment data is stored on our servers, just your game info.
- What is managed support? We have our customer service team available to service your event.
- What do you do with our guest data? You have control of the event data though your Stripe® account. We do not have access.
- Is the software a one time Purchase or a charge for every year? We charge per (1) single event.
- Are there other fees associated with the tic-it.org program? There is an administration fee of .49¢ per participant transaction.
- Can the system be overloaded? We can manage 300 events a day.
- How are our guests notified of the raffle events? Through the APP
- How do I see my deposits and data? Through your Stripe® Account.
