  • Complete the Fundraising Event Form: Organizers fill out a form providing details about their event.
  • Event Setup and Credit Card Processing Assistance: TIC-IT.org assists with setting up the event and helps organizers set up their credit card processing account through STRIPE®. All sales are deposited in your bank account.
  • Receive Event Link with QR Code: Once set up, organizers receive a unique event link along with a QR code that can be shared with participants.
  • TIC-IT Access Fee: Each participant is charged a $1.00 access fee for using the TIC-IT platform.
  • Winner Notification and Prize Redemption: Winners are notified via text message and can redeem their prizes at the end of the event.
